FAQ

Yes! We are more than willing to set up a meeting place if you are within an hour of travel from us. We also deliver farther by car and also by plane. Those arrangements are usually made with a third party occasionally involved and would require an additional fee on top of the cost of the puppy. Those fees vary by individual circumstances and will be negotiated before the adoption contract is signed. Please see "Adoption Process" for contract information.

We can only guarantee the health of the puppy while he/she is in our care and for the first 72 hours after delivery. We always have a health check done by a licensed veterinarian before the puppy leaves so he/she will be coming to you with a clean bill of health. We ask that you take the puppy in to have a check-up done by your own veterinarian within those first 72 hours. If at that time there is an issues there is protocol lined out in the contract agreement. Please see "Adoption Process" for more information.

We are so lucky to have had our puppies find some amazing forever homes and we even keep in touch with many of them! We have loved watching them grow up with their families. We start our puppies on a worming schedule at 2 weeks old and every two weeks after. Puppies also receive their first vaccination shots while they are with us. However, there have been situations when a family has specifically asked NOT to have their puppy vaccinated. We are happy to support that decision as well if we know in advance and if both parties have signed some additional necessary paperwork.

Our puppies do not undergo any surgical alterations and we are happy to say they are in their natural born state.

We feed our puppies Purina Pro Plan Lamb and Rice Puppy food. We will be sending a sample of this food home with your puppy as well. We free feed, meaning the puppy always has access to food at will.
